A way to just run foglights

Is there a way to just run fogs and you dont have to have your headlights on just running lights or something. I put 6k HIDS in the fogs today and they look good so if anyone has any ideas or anything it would be helpful.

2nd Gen comes that way in Canada. The foglights are our daytime running lights.
