A Tune or Coilover

I found CO's to be a pretty big difference. I hit a long "turn" from one interstate merging to another right after getting them installed, and the feeling was awesome. I think I was going ~80 mph. It was great because it was around midnight, so no one was on the road.

I think you would know. :wink (2): At the time they only had the miles you put on them. They are a bit more worn down now, especially in the rear. Traction in rain = no go.

Not sure why you are having such a bad time with the proxes STII's, I drove on those in the rain all the time when I lived in no.cal with no problems....maybe it is because you are rwd..

I have Hankook RH06's. 3rd set actually. I think Lance has the Proxes though?

I think any tire for me will get ugly in the rain though. RWD + VDC off + the tune = lots of spinning. :driver:

I bet. It's been pouring here for the last few days and I'm kicking the back end out all over the place, intentionally of course.

I wish I knew, ratings show them to be better than what I am experiencing, in comparison the Hankooks seemed to ride on rails.
