45k service maintenance advice?

Good day FX'ers. Im am due for a 45k maintenance service soon so I was wondering if anyone has advice as to how I can avoid getting ripped of by the service dept. I know they have the premium, option 1 and option 2 package but I would like to know if I really need all that misc service or should I just go for the a la carte service.

Thanks MTN FX. I had the 30K done so I was really hoping to get only pay for whats needed for the 45K maintenance service. Quote for the 45k premium service was in the ballpark of $600 so I think not all of the reccomended service on the list was really essential.
