I just got my car last Saturday but I have a few feet of this on hand. I plan on doing my handles, steering wheel controls, vents, center console, shifter trim strip, and other misc items. Should be fun. I'm hesitant to take on the radio face plate until I get more practice.

The radio face plate is actually really easy ... just takes time, since you have to separate it from the entire head unit ... but once it's off, it's baby stuff

I have a question for anyone that did this.

I want to do the center console including the area around the controls, the steering wheel controls and door handles. How much of this stuff should I buy, will a 12" wide sheet be wide enough. Looking at it I think I will need about 12" x 5'. But I am wondering is that enough, I would like to have some in case I screw up... Should I buy 24" wide, or maybe I should just get 7' or so..?
