370Z Engine on Qx70

Hi guys!

I broke my engine on a 2016 QX70 3.7 V6 (oil leaked) and i wanted to know if i could mount a 370z Engine ?
I know it is thé same block, but Is it thé same for all the parts around the engine such as starter, alternator, injectors, etc ...?!
