I just installed 25mm on the rears and they look good, I'm still deciding if I want to do 20mm or 15mm on the front

I would suggest 15 mm. The difference between front and rear fenders is somewhere at 10-15mm.

Do 20 mm imo.. I'm pushed 22mm more than my stock 18s setup and they are flush.
