2xAntenne and roofrails removal

How hard is to remove GPS and radio antennas and roof-rails - I'm considering wrapping the roof with the 3M glossy black film.
Do I have to remove all the interior trims?

The GPS antenna is not on the roof. It is hidden under the dash near the center speaker.
The other antenna is XM radio antenna? It that located near the rear of the roof? No clue how that can be removed.

The radio antenna can be removed by accessing it from the overhead console.


For the roof rails, you have to CAREFULLY pry on the plastic covers so the clips don't break off and then undo the 10 mm nuts.

Maybe I will manage removing rails only.
