275/45/20 Tires on Stock 20s

What kind of tires are they? The thread looks hella mean
Haha, that's actually why I picked them. I always liked the Proxes S/T look. They are Hankook Ventus ST RH06, I realized I never posted it in this thread, but it is in my sig. I know there are at least 2-3 people with them, and INFX35 has they exact same setup as me. MTN FX has them in 265/40/22 I believe.

Ya, they are 1 cm wider, and a about 1 cm shorter, so .5cm on top and bottom. You can see from my pics the size difference. There really isn't much more bulge, and maybe even a bit less, because there isn't enough sidewall to bulge. I believe you are supposed to inflate these to 39 psi, where my old tires were like 34 psi.

Bought from Discount Tire, and got them to match Discount Tire Direct's price, so it was roughly $650 total for everything. I kinda dislike them now though because they chipped one of my wheels a tiny bit and also the passenger side valve stem caps are missing. AND, they forgot to give me my front tires back, which I went back and got.

lool everyone thinks he didnt drop his car haha
wow im tellin thats what i thought to
that gap is big for some odd reason
no hard feelings but yea it doesnt look dropped :err:

After much debate and deliberation..finally settled on getting a set of Falken S/TZ04 275/45/20...pretty good pricing. found it at a local tire center for 97 a pop

Did you pay for them? I got Falkens in 285/40/22 size and they sucked big time. F..ing noisy and my old Yoko Geolandars grabbed the road much better than those.. Almost crashed while turning my ordinary highway entrance.. Changed to Yoko Paradas and they were awesome.. Don't know if it's my luck or not (tried TWO sets of that shit in 15 days) but I say stay away from Falkens.. They were the crappiest tires I've ever tried..

wow really? any other recommendations then?

okay...did some more research...checked up on the org about wat others say about falkens. Alotta mixed feelings about them. Going with 275/45/20 hankook rh06's. found them for $536 plus free shipping! is that a good deal?

I'd say it's decent. I paid like $650 for the tires picked up and mounted, and all that stuff. Mounting is like $15 a tire?

Ya, they were my backup plan, and I was considering buying those and having them installed somewhere, but I was kinda in a hurry to get them and didn't want to wait on shipping. But since you're local, it works out great.
