20x10 offset 25mm rim fit my 2010 FX35?

My friend is giving me a great deal on his last set of brand new 20" Avarus rim 20" by 10" wide. 5-114.3 bolt pattern. 25 mm offset.
will this offset OK for my 2010 FX35 with no spacer?
Is it OK to run tire size 295-45-20 all around?
I really like the flush look and do not like the tire sticking out of the fender look
I need a quick answer so I can tell him to keep the rim for me or not.

Compared to my set up you will stick out another 20mm all around..this will result in a 10 mm or more poke in the front and a slight poke in the rear..I'm running 265-40-22 +30 on 22x9 and am flush up front and a slight 5-10mm tuck in the back..

I take that the 25mm offset is way too low for my FX35
so I changed my mind and ordered a set XXR 526 20x9 offset 35mm and 295-45-20 tires all around, the wheels and tires should be here in a week or so :top:
 
the +25 mm will make them just stick out barely. i have 22x10.5 w/ +35 offset which is just equivaelent to a +30mm offset if it was just a 10" wide wheel
