We have a 2014 QX80 that is having timing chain issues just like the QX56's did and getting nowhere with Infiniti. I will add a few local dealers acknowledged & were familiar with this problem my mechanic discovered diagnosing the issue. One was trying to help but Infiniti Consumer affairs said they can't. Not one nor Infiniti Consumer affairs said, bring it in so we can make sure it is the timing chain issue. They knew it was this QX56 issue continuing into the first year for the QX80. (2014). Knowing they have a problem the right thing to do is fix it or at the very least contribute to it. At one point they were going to do a "good will" contribution & today they said Infiniti USA will not allow that. Any advice/help would be appreciated.
