Hello everyone!
Being new to the FX scene, I made the mistake of googling photos of other folks' FX rides and allowed myself to get sucked down the modding rabbit hole. I was only looking for a photo of a similar car that I could send my sister and now this ended up happening! Here are the mods that I'm interested in:
A nice, shiny BBK swap; specifically AP Racing (APR55100R front/APR55700R rear). I contacted the folks over at Stillen and they stated that there is a definite difference in brake lines between the FX37 and QX70 models they won't be able to confirm fitment until they can get a QX70 in the shop to verify the brake line setup, etc.. Looks like I'm going to have to wait until they've finished the R&D. Hard to believe that there would be any difference between the FX37 and QX70 braking configurations, however, I suppose I have no other choice but to be patient.
I also plan on doing a H&R spring install to drop the ride height a small bit. The only problem that I have with installing a set of HRs is that I haven't yet been able to find anyone that has been able to get their camber back in spec without being slightly toe out. Since this is a daily driver, I'd rather not send my tires to an early death if at all possible.
Cheers!
