2014 qx60

Hi I purchase a new 2014 qx60 last week. It has 550 miles on it now. The rear air conditioner does not work properly and the transmission slips from first to second gear when taking off slowly. The car is only one week old. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Hey there, welcome to the scene! There might be a software update on the tyranny. A visit to the dealer would confirm that.

To me, a CVT transmission feels like it's slipping all the time. You can ask your dealer's service department when you take it in for the rear a/c, but I would bet there's nothing wrong with the transmission. It will just take you a while to get used to it.

Right....you shouldn't feel the car shift at all, but you can feel the clutches working. Maybe that's what you feel.
 
really? hey ousonerick from the U.S.A... i have to start there - new here and new car, doesn't add up, buy from the dealer? i'm sure everyone here would love to help you, they are that way :) but new car? tell us more, really interesting, what's the name?
