Rubbing Noise When Opening The Rear Hatch

IF YOU CONFIRM The back door (hatch) or rear spoiler rubs on the roof (driver side or center) when the hatch is opened. ACTION Adjust the rear hatch as shown in the Service Procedure of this bulletin. NOTE - Do Not loosen any of the rear hatch hinge bolts. Adjustments in this bulletin should be performed by a body repair technician that is experienced in the "fine adjustment" of body doors and panels. See this bulletin for further detail.
