2012 FX35 Wheel advice

Car
2012 FX35
Hello gents, I really wanted to find something along the lines of Vossen CV1s or the Lexani CVX-55. But they've both been discontinued :( So been doing a lot of research here and it seems that if you don't have your vehicle dropped I should be able to fit the 22x10 Niche Verona wheels on my awd FX35 easily. However, when I go to CarID they recommend the 22x9 +38 with 265/40-22 tires instead of what I've seen here recommended (285/40-22 with the 22x10 or 10.5 +38). Two questions...

1) Are you sure the 22x10 will fit with not issues?
2) I'm looking for more concave action so would 22x10 look better than 22x9 in that sense?

Thanks in advance!

22x10 will fit with no problem. I’m running staggered 22x 10 in the front and 22x 10.5 in the rear and they are both concave. The 22 x 10’s will definitely be way more concave than the 22 x 9’s.

I run 22x 10.5 square set up dropped on H&R springs no problem I even added 15mm spacers On the rear to have it flush. 10.5 sits perfect in the front. I’m actually selling my set by the way if you’re interested. I only used them last summer for 3 months. Selling my fx so have to let them go.

Are you selling the Vossen or Lexani? It looks like you have another set on the pictures. Thanks.

Wonder how these would look in my 1st Gen :P Also wondering if they'll clear the FX50S BBK's that I'm hoping to have installed this summer...

Not sure if they would clear the bbk since I’m running stock calipers but deft would look badd ass on the first gen also. They look much nicer and aggressive in person.

SO one more quick question. I know that people have fit the 22x10.5 +42 on their 2nd gen FX. Does anyone know if they required wheel spacers? I don't want to use wheel spacers so should I go with +38 to be safe? Thanks!
