it might be based on where you register your car. But i THINK Oregon has no sales tax so maybe Oregon?
I think Oregon and Delaware are pretty low..Delaware might not even tax it.
Do your research though. You pay taxes in the county that you register the vehicle and even if registered in some low states, they have very high registration taxes to compensate for missing the sales tax on a vehicle purchase.
