2010 Infiniti QX56 Suspension Help!

Hey guys, hope everyone is doing well. I recently had the front strut assembly replaced on my 2010 Infiniti QX56. And surprisingly it’s sitting lower a few inches than it was before strut replacement. I can’t seem to figure out what may have caused this, I used OEM products as well. Can anyone please assist?

Update: attaching photo of part used and current stance. Reached out to dealer and they confirmed the part was correct. I’m still wondering why its sitting low a few inches.

Could possibly be because that is the value advantage strut (Infiniti 2nd line), not the OEM part
