Hello All,
In my early 40s. Purchased a 2010 FX50 in Midnight Mocha in 2021. Have been lurking but am finally posting. Care has ~130k miles and a few accidents under it's belt from it's early days. After months of considering Volvo V90CCs and various other tall wagons, I went back to my original love in Nissans. V8 was a swan song for me before I went eletric, but with car prices and interest rates, it look slike I'll be keeping her awhile longer.
I live in SoCal. In 2021 I set up an alert for a brown, white, or blue FX50 anywhere in the US that had the brown leathr interior, 2009-2010 prefered since I like the early version's schnaunz more than the later QXs. V8 was a must. with 48 hours, on a Thursday afternoon, one popped up in Salt Lake City. I was on a plane the next morning and make the purchase. I spent the next week waking up to work (remotely) at 5am while traveling back through the southern Utah state parks and hiking in them in the afternoon, driving my my new little monster truck.
She has some quibbles but she's fun.
