2007 FX45 mud flap/guard

Hi all, I was shocked to find out that here in Korea the Infiniti dealerships do not carry FX mudflaps..mine did not come with them..didnt seem to be an option...so I am looking to buy a set.. have any of you put on mud flaps before?...is it as easy as just screwing them in?...I see on the internet there are "splash guards".. and mud flaps.....what's the difference..thanks in advance!!!
