2007 fx45 grill on 2004?

hello,

someone local to me is selling a 2007 fx45 grill

i was wondering if there is a difference between the 2007 fx45 grill and the 2004 grill? if yes, will it fit in my 2004 fx45?

hes selling it for only 30 bucks i figure its a pretty good deal! please let me know!

For $30, it's no brainier. Buy it and make custom brackets in mounting. There are 03-05 FX'ers have done it before.

The shape btw the 2 version fits perfectly, just find your own way of having them stay mounted. I've seen it done from Turbocad (prob in mixed in one of super old threads). I dont have any ref pics but I'm sure you or someone in person can figure it out.

do a search there are a few threads. you can just buy the new grille and screw it onto the old mounting points or do more work to make the clips work. I just used stainless black coated screws when I did it to my 05
