2007 fx35 warranty question

Hi guys,
is a 2007 fx35 with 50k miles still under basic warranty?
it is 4 years or 60K..wondering if the 4 year is up already since it is 2011 but not sure about the actual date
there is a powertrain warranty for 70k or 6 years so that is stil in play

The warranty starts the day the fx is driven off of the lot by the first purchaser. Any Infiniti dealer can tell you what that date was with your VIN.
