first of all it won't even mount up to the earlier dash, the opening is smaller with the cassette door, so you'd have to swap the whole dash just to mount it up.
past that, chances are very high that the video module that is in the dash behind the glovebox is different & there is no way of knowing what other differences there are in the wiring, even the nav unit under the seat is diferent...
overall I'd say forget it, not gonna say it's impossible cause it's not, but it will be a huge project for sure...

Damn, thanks for the info. Probably not worth all that time/effort/money. 06's? Hmmm, probably not since it looks like same layout as the 05's, right?
is it the same with '06 model ? will it fit ?
My 06 layout is the same as the 07

06 up is the new style, 05 down is old style..
