2007 fx35 back up camera problem

Hi Im new to infinitiscene. I have a 2007 fx35 and im having issues with my back up camera being on all the time and only shutting off when I hit the brake pedal or use a directional. Any one have an idea of what could be causing this problem?? Thanks
