2007 FX 35 OEM Radio to Nav

I have a 07 FX 35 with the factory installed Bose system w/ back up camera, sirus radio and bluetooth handsfree, but no nav. Is there a module I can install to turn the radio into a navigation system? Or do I have to buy a completely new system? If I have to buy a new system I would prefer to get OEM. Can anyone tell me where I could get the OEM Navogation radio? Thanks.

You can't just replace the oem radio with a navigation one. Its not the straight forward. You will have to go to an aftermarket navigation system and use it as a stand alone or incorporate it into the oem video screen through an aftermarket video/audio source.
