Hello everyone
I am new to this forum. I am reaching out to you all for expertise direction and advise. I have a 2007 FX35 with 177k miles. I have never had an issue with the car since I purchased it in 2007.
I am puzzled i find myself filling the coolant reservoir about ever other day but the car is not over heating. Today I removed the reservoir to check for leaks etc but nothing was found. I did noticed that the engine has this white spray marks where is reservoir is mounted.
I removed the radiator cap and I immediately see coolant fluid so the radiator has to be full.

What is causing this and the car isn't overheating at all. The car was just at the infiniti dealership in August for service but this was not shared at the time so I assumed the issue did not exist at that time.
Can anyone provide insight?

No there is no white smoke and there aren't any liquid stains when the car is parked

The coolant's going somewhere. I would crawl under the car with the belly pan removed and look for traces that get carried back by the wind. You should be able to see the sticky stuff and smell it, too.

I had same issue with my 2009 FX50S. Turned out after careful inspection found a very tiny leak in corner at bottom of radiator. So small it was only leaking under pressure, but not enough to drip when parked. There was a perceptible scent. Replaced radiator; problem solved.

I would also get a new radiator cap, look for any white stains around area.
Do a cooling system Pressure test
