2006+ intake manifold part number?

Hi. I was thinking about ordering a 2006+ air intake manifold for my 2004 FX45. Do anyone know the part number? I looked on the Infiniti Online Parts web site and they have a lot of intake manifolds, but they do not label the FX's manifolds. They only have part numbers. If someone know the part number, could you please tell me. Thanks

Thanks. No, I did not know I have to change the upper and lower manifolds. I want to switch out the older designed manifolds because the 06+ Fx45's seem to have a better power curve due to the newer intake design. I believe Infiniti upgraded the intake manifold for a good reason when they redesigned the 06+ FX's. Plus, I have some money to burn on a mod. P.S. It may not be correct, but I read that the first generation FX45 2003-2005 and pre-2006 M45 have poorly designed intake manifolds that sucks in oil blow-by easier that the newer +06 intake manifolds. My FX45 do not smoke, but I seem to have oil disappear before every oil change. I believe that Infiniti redesign the manifolds to address that problem as well as better engine tuning in 2006. MY FX45 is nearly paid off and I will be driving it for at least three more years until I can get one the newer 2012 FX50S on the cheap. Thanks again for the part numbers.:good:

Ha, I guess I make the right decision to pick up the classified on here from Jeff. I didn't do any research on redesign manifold. I bought it simply for aesthetic and it was a smoking deal too. I'm planing to get a dyno while my 03 FX45 before and after the swap.

Yeah you are lucky to have found such a great deal. The online parts stores want 500+ dollars each for the upper and lower manifolds. Let me know if you want to part with the manifolds.:smile (2):

During my engine remodel (never ending) I found the similar power curve data on a Titan site. Seems the 56's like the VK45 runners as they are just the right length with regards to maximizing power. Some of the info also went into the manifold as being a superior design across the power band on both the 45 and 56. I also have had my manifold ported, I have yet to run it but JWT seems to think it will make a big difference in flow.
