Thanks LA, I wish it was that easy to build up the tab. If you ever have to replace one of these buttons, you'll notice the tab is 'U' shaped and about 1/8 inch in size. I used a razor blade to pop the top side of the button out and then very carefully wiggled the button out. That's how I found the #2 on the center button. It was probably broken when I got the car and it finally fell out. I'll go the eBay route, buy a mirror and just swap the button rather than changing the mirror and reprogramming. Still loving this car. Going to look at one for the wife today. 2007 with only 88K miles.
