No start but have power. U1000 and P0463 codes showing up any suggestions?

Tomorrow I’m gonna replace the fuel pump and clean the chassis and replace the ground cable. Hope that does the job.

Cleaned chassis and replaced ground cable. Also replaced fuel pump and still no start with same 2 codes reading. Any suggestions? Did the ECU reset steps as well.

There are two leveler sending units in the fuel tank. One is on the fuel pump on the rear passenger half and the other sender is in the rear driver side. You may want to check the other level sender.

So I checked the other sender unit and cleaned it good, still no start. Still showing U1000 and p0463. I’m thinking maybe the gauge cluster is bad or something. Not sure.
