I think it's not just the luxury aspect, but it's the STOCK aspect. If your car is luxury and looks stock, then I think you will be ok....

Andy's FX is an attention grabber not only visually but you can hear it. Nice rims, grill, exhaust, etc, even if it's luxury, the cops will notice more and then they right away look at the fronts to see if it's tinted then pull you over.

Ian, I'm sure when you get your rims....you are going to get more tint tickets.....just the nature of the beast.....I notice cops when they pass me, most of the time they are not looking at my car...put on shiny big rims, lower, etc, they will start looking and noticing.

Small update of overhead monitor.

This was taking out the stock overhead unit (just had overhead lights in it, that's it) and trying to fit something there so it looked OEM.

Yeah, I cheated and took a picture from a good angle=)

But the guts of the system is up hidden inside the cutout, where the newer units are all flat -- which is why I picked a 5 year old monitor.

My cousin bought some foam and matching fabric to make it blend more.

But, from a bolt on point of view, we had to do zero cuts and make zero holes. Only hole we had to make was for the rear view camera, but it is painted, sealed and used a rubber grommet to avoid water/rust/etc.
