2005 fx35 grinding screech on take off and slow down

So my 2005 FX 35 145k ish miles has started making a grinding/screech when starting from a stop or very low speed. And when I slow down from a faster speed. Like when you hit the gas and your car front lifts a bit it makes the noise. Same when slowing down and the nose drops it makes the noise also.
I assume it is suspension because it only does it when the front lifts or lowers. Sounds like it is the driver side.

I have jacked the car up and manually spun the tires and no noise results, Moved tire left and right no noise or unusual movement. Moved up and down no noise or unusual movement. When jacking it up it did not make the noise. When I push down on either side of the front it does not make the noise. Steering wheel seams decently rattle free also.

Any ideas?
 
If it sounded like metal grinding, I would check the brake pads. It sounded like the brake pad wear indicator tab is touching the rotor.
 
Will check brakes this weekend. Not sure if RPM dependent but its not speed dependent. If I am going 40 and gas it will do it also just not as loud. Seems to only be when the car lifts and lowers the front end.
