2003 FX45 Running Lean?

Ive had a very slight issue for a while now and I finally got into my local shop to hook the car up to the full consult program.
Everything seems good....except the alpha numbers are coming out a little lean. Just below where they would throw a CEL but definitely lean. The O2 sensor signals look decent as well. But I am still getting a slight loss in power at certain RPM's or speeds.
I have tried with my aftermarket parts (intake and UniChip) and without (full OEM setup) and still same symptoms.
Basically I can wait until something really brakes... or start the expensive process of replacing things and seeing what they effect... throttle body sensors, maf sensor etc.
Anyone had any similar issues? Thoughts?

Clean/replace air filter, clean MAF sensor, and clean the throttle body.

New Air Filter is in (I have tried both the OEM intake setup with a KN filter as well as I have one of the Manta Ray intake setups that I just put a new filter in), MAF sensor is cleaned, I will be doing the ole seafoam treatment next week. I have read the nightmare threads on cleaning the throttle body... but I will have to try that as well.

I have no idea what the big fuzz on cleaning the TB! I done to so many time without one single incident.

It's because the TBs on the VQs are sensitive apparently.. whether it's moving the flap the wrong way or letting it snap chat when cleaning
