2003 Fx35 key programing

I lost a key for my 2003 fx35 and bought a new transponder key and two fobs, from what I found online I need to insert the key 6 times in 10 seconds to do so. It won't work for me and need advice. My fx35 has the Ikey that allows me to start the car with the key in my pocket, but still has a place for a normal key. I lost the Ikey but still have a transponder key. Does the tech package prevent me from doing the programming myself? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I do think you'll have to go to either an Infiniti dealer or a Nissan dealer to get it programmed. (The Nissan dealer will be a little cheaper)
