2003 FX Radio Question ?

alright so i got me this 03 FX.. the radio works fine.. but when i press for CD it says NO DISC.. when i press the LOAD it wont open ???


is there something im doing wrong.. or do i need to go see a infiniti dealer for it ?

It is a front loading CD player so you just have to insert a disc and up to 6 discs can be stored in the player.

yeah but the problem im running is that i cant get it to open to insert a disc...

you pick the 1 2 3 4 5 6 whichever one you want to load the disc and then press load.. wait a bit and put the cd in... unless there is something wrong with it.

eh i tryed that already and i didnt work.. i guess something is wrong.

translation: the cd player is busted and i'm gonna pretend i don't know so you buy my car and i don't have to get the cd player fixed.


mine has been replaced twice for the same issue......

Sucks, mine quit ejecting cds. Have to use a plier to yank it out, lol. Seems like a lot of Infinitis have some sort of cd issue. Check to see if you have an Extended Warranty and they should replace it.

mine didnt want to eject the cds.. i took it to the dealership they "fixed it"..a while after that it was doing the same.. found out by closing inspecting it, that for some reason is that it wasnt align properly.. so i sort of fix it.. hasnt done it again..

my car has this exact problem. most people i see here have trouble ejecting a disk or disc skipping but mine just says NO DISC wont load any discs even after pressing the load button. it is just not doing anything asides saying no disc when i select cd player.

and secondly, i noticed that my driver side speaker is quieter than my passenger.. any thoughts on this too?
