2003 - 2008 Infiniti FX35 FX45 Kido Racing Coilover Group Buy LIVE

Just opened mine, look amazing!

Text me Chicago people on when you want to pick up! I left yours untouched, still sealed in individual boxes.

For future buyers; Will Kido anodize any color? Is there an additional charge? I may have missed this info in the other thread...

Blue is standard. They have an anodizing factory too, but only on larger orders do they offer different colors.

Kido really doesn't offer other colors up as an option besides the blue, but I know they have three colors in stock right now for Infiniti Pillowball mounts: blue, orange and green.

Thanks for this! Was quoted $270 for install, plus $125 for alignment... and another $200 if fender rolling is necessary. $595 max for everything, but not sure if I'll need/want fender rolling, so probably $395. How low can I go with my stock 20s (from stock height) without rolling the fenders? Kinda worried about that, as my trim is IP now, and do not want it messed up! Do want to go as low as I can, but don't want to mod the wells if possible.

Then rolling it will have to be (crossing fingers everything goes well). They seemed very knowledgable on the phone. Mine are being installed Saturday morning! Super excited. Having my front side windows tinted to match the back ones today... they're also doing the windshield with an 80% film. It's gonna be a different car next week! :)

np, pann has been in the modding business since I was ricing back in the mid 90's. GL with the install.

Sweet deal, now you're getting more services for less than the $650 your other shop said.

If you're not on spacers, I doubt you need to roll on OEM 20's.

Also, is there a firestone near you? they have lifetime alignments: http://www.firestonecompleteautocare.com/repair/alignment.jsp

Since you're in Cali, you'll most likely set the height and leave it alone. For me in Chicago, I'll lower in summer and raise in Winter, so need to change alignment each time.

Nope, not on spacers... hoping that I don't have to roll, but heck, if it has to be done, I guess I'm okay with it. Didn't spend $XXX for my coilovers only to look kinda how I want them to. Lifetime alignments is great, I will look into it, thanks! There is a Firestone basically across the street from where the coil overs are being installed.

Why are they charging you 125 for the alignment, in Los Angeles everyone charges $80, thats too much, i even have a guy who does it for $50. Are they going to do a vdc reset ?

He said that's their standard price. Regardless, I actually just went to have my front windows tinted darker, and we got to talkin about the coilovers. Turns out my guy here installs them all the time, and I completely 100% trust him with my car, as he has always done a great job. He always has the nicest cars in the garage too (a matte black CL AMG today, and a few nice Audis). He's actually gonna install the coilovers instead for $200 even, says that I won't need to roll fenders because I'm not using spacers (didn't plant the seed, he totally came out saying that on his own), and told me that I need to ride around on the coilovers for a week or so before I do the alignment (with him for under $100), which I completely agree with. First I couldn't find anybody to do the coilovers, and now it's raining mechanical guys with know-how!

edit: I have an appointment this coming Wednesday now to have my windshield tinted, front side windows done dark to match the rears, and get the coilovers installed. Wanted to do it all at once.
