1st Gen FX Steering Wheel Compatibility?

I have a 2003 fx45 and the steering wheel has got some bad wear. I want to buy a replacement, but am seeing several 2004/2005. As long as the buttons for the radio and cruise controls are the same, are they compatible?

I think they are. Andy can confirm for sure. You also may replace it with a 350z steering wheel

I have a 07 steering wheel in my 03. The radio buttons works, but not cruise control.
