Is 18awg wire safe for fog HID relay harness?

Are you going 35W or 55W?

35 Watt would be about 3 amps for each fog, so 18 should be fine, but you could go for 16 to be safe.
55 Watt would be about 5 amps for each for, so 16 to 14 would be better there.
