Maybe you can get a 2010 switch and try that perhaps.

I'm gonna guess you can't retrofit. There has to be some really good reason why they stopped it. I'm trying to think what they may have introduced in 2011 and it was the rear trunk auto open/close I believe. This is a wild guess but maybe they had to make a decision to cut a feature out to support that through the wiring/harness' and the auto windows was that feature and maybe the other option would had been to create new harness', main harness or whatever to support the extra auto rear door close which maybe they felt would had been way too expensive to do through mid cycle. If this is a possible case of what happened, I'm sure the new models won't have this issue as they would have this made for the new harness'. If all the other Infiniti vehicles 2011+ have auto close windows then I'm sure it has to be something like this.

Yes, auto down/up for all four windows would be nice, but I'm satisfy with just the front two auto down/up.
By the way, almost everything electronic is control by the body control unit. I don't think by simply changing out the switches will give you the ability for all four windows auto down/up.
