12v power wire location

Hello forum. This is a simple one. Where can i tap a 12v power wire, preferably one that comes on with the ignition behind the radio. My cigarette lighter below the clock doesn't work, i don't know how to access the wires for that anyway, i can't get the panels off. I'd use the one in the center console, but o can't access those wires either, i don't know how to take it apart, so does anyone know a 12v wire i can get power from?

this is just what i needed, i was able to locate the plug that powers the outlets and splice into it.
