100K+ Engine/Transmisson Oil Change

So, I recently surpassed the 100k mark and was wondering if there is any suggestions as to what type of oil I should go with with this higher mileage engine.

Also, I have not had a transmission oil change since purchasd at 45K Miles. I haven't had any issues or any noticble issues with the transmission. Shoud I go ahead and do it anyway.

bro.. just a few questions.. when did the Diff fluids got change for your FX? and the steering wheel fluid? have you ever thought about doing a radiator flush too.. it helps the cooling part a lot..

all that hasnt being done and the FX is still running normally..the FX is a hell of a Vehicle!!!
 
Here is what I go by:

Coolant flushing = Every 60K miles

Front & Rear Differentials = Every 30K miles

Transfer Case = Every 30K miles
 
Take your ride to Carzone Auto Repair. It's in the valley ( Sepulveda Blvd. )
