1/4 Mile Drag @ Pacific Raceway in the PNW this Friday

What's up fellow Pacific Northwest chapter members...a few VW GTI friends of mine and I are heading down to Pacific Raceway in Auburn this Friday afternoon. There will be a "Test & Tune" night. Cost to drag is $30 & $7 entrance fee. You'll probably get 3 runs in.

Not planning on dragging the FX, but I will drag my GTI and if the wife gets off work early enough, I'll have her bring down the M3.

If anyone is interested, PM me. I am planning to be down there by 5pm Friday the 11th. :tup:

Dont worry, I'll take good care of your car and you can use my winter tires. They stick really well.

BTW, I didnt know you were up here till "Logan" told me. Good to have you up here man.
 
Very true, doesn't fix the work part. My FX is a showroom queen lately. Sits at CNC now. Sad, have driven it only a handful of times in the last year.
 
you aint missing shyt seattle weather has been straight garbage but would be nice to see come out friday is supposed to be descent. i'll hit logan up and see what he is up to.
 
Just replied to the Beast. I have a birthday party in Bellevue at 7:00 and I am pretty sure there is NO way I can make it back in time no matter how fast I drive :wink:

Have fun, I wish I could be there......I am down for an August meet if anyone is interested.
 
You guys need to set up a Pacific Northwest club. There might be a couple of 604FX (Vancouver) guys that join in as well.

Beast, you need to go to represent the FXs...I've already dragged the 45 so it's time to see if I can get my GTI into the 13's. Sucks to be you Logan...:tongue (2): kidding man.
 
I'd go to a meet if we can get a few ppl together in the north sound area (and invite all the bc fxers)
 
Yup. I figured the midway between Olympia and Vancouver is Everett. So something in that general area sounds alright
