Just by the dyno numbers, I would definitely go for the INVIDIA cat back. Those numbers (16hp, 20pds/ft increases) are amazing.

My bad, I didn't pay attention to the tip question, I thought it was about the cat back itself. Yes, it's all up to you, just cosmetics, but personally I would go for double rolled.

It is completely up to you. The single is thinner than the double. Do a quick search on Invidia and you will see the difference. I would personally recommend the double, but again, it is 100% your preference.
 
By the way, mrlerry where did you get your front lip from? Did you obtain it from the Infiniti dealership? If you did, do they sell the lip by itself?

i got my lip from the infiniti dealer, i plan on getting the rest of the kit. I know the sales manager and parts manager at my dealer so i'm not sure if that had to do with anything, but i'm pretty sure you can get just the lip, i did

Guys,
I already ordered my exhaust with titanium tips! Can't wait until I recive it! Question, exhaust give slight better fuel economy? If it does Bonus for me!

with the power increases, i would think the fuel economy decreases, so far i've lost about 1 mpg from my 17 average (i have a heavy foot and after the exhaust it got heavier...)
 
Hey Gordon, The package wont be here for at least another week. There seemed to be some delays at custom cause there's some G20 summit world leaders meeting up here. Will keep you posted!
I see you have new parts. HFC and test pipe.. please correct me if i'm wrong. The 2 parts are identical replacement to the oem cat? What's the diffrence between the 2..as sounds and performace? any dyno chart?

Out of curiosity HP_FX50s, Are you testing the production FX35 Gemini Cat Back on your FX50S?
 
So the power gains are REAL and the car sounds a lot more aggressive, definitely happy with the first but not sure about the latter though. Guess I had really gotten used to the low note of the stock exhaust, but hitting that gas pedal sure puts a smile on my face.

the test-pipe and HFC's is really good products.but You guys have a brand new 09+ FX
I don't want you guys loose the factory Infiniti Warranty if you take off OEM Cat. you will

Those HFC's test-pipe will gain more horse power but is Danger
HFC's is gain deep sounds
Test-pipe is gain more Power than HFC's but the sounds is not that good has Break sounds.
