08 Sport Bumper

I have a 08 M35x and I saw the sport front bumper and I want it. What parts will I have to change if I do. I'm thinking the fogs and lower grille. Any comments would be appreciated. BTW you can see my current setup in my avatar

I think I read it's an H-type lip for the BMW M5 made to fit the M
