08 Infiniti FX door stuck In lock postion

My rear door is stuck in lock position. I think what happened is the doe lock failed and the child lock was on.

I've the same problem, when the temperature is below 0°C my door (driver door) stay closed...

So... may be for the rear door, you are activate the children security lock. ? it's on the side when it's open.
