Hey guys, i searched the forums for awhile but did not see anything related to my issue,

so its getting cold here in WI, and on my way to work on Sunday i turned the heater on high, it got pretty warm, then noticed my backside getting cold. light on the switch was still on, put my hand on the seat, and indeed, no heat. hrmm...strange....ok well get off work Sunday and its 75 degrees out, no reason to use the heater, so it sits Monday, Tuesday drive to work, turn the heater on low. nothing, light turns on, but no heat....untill i get abotu 25 minutes into my drive..then i think i started to feel heat, that or i heated the seat up with body tempature. ( it was 50 degrees driving to work this AM) soo.... not even sure where to look, if the heating element was dieing, would the light on the switch still illuminate? does the switch control a relay to allow for HI and LO heat? if the fuse was blown, do they use a different fuse for the switch, then to the heating elements? im really hoping not to have to take this thing to the dealer. any help here would be appreciated!

The switch would not light up if the fuse had gone for the elements, they are tied to the same one.

Has this recently changed? The heated seats in the FX were never really powerful...
