06 M35 Naggin' Problems

Does anyone know why my seat position memory works every now and then...everytime i turn the car off the steering wheel moves up and the seat moves back..but more often then not, when i get in the car it does not automatically return to saved position...even after I push the saved memory location button on the door. Does anyone know why this is happening? I bought my car a little over a month ago and it worked perfectly fine up until about a week ago.

Also my rear view mirror is always on "night" mode and I have to push the button to "undarken" everyday...not a big deal but it's kinda getting old. Anybody experience these issues and or know how to fix them?

For the seats, have you tried disconnecting the battery for about 30 mins to try and clear the memory? It's an old trick, but it may work as it sounds like the issue is minor.

Not really sure about the mirror though.
