06 G35 brake pads on 07 FX45?

The pads appear to be dimensionaly the same, the FX rotors are thicker, but same diameter and appear to be same swept area. Some cross references show the same pad for both vehicles, but others don't. I have had cross references in the past that have been wrong.

I have a new set of new compound EBC BlueStuff NDX pads for an '06 G35 front and rear and I need new pads on the FX. Does anyone know if they are indeed the same? I have plenty barely used G35 pads, but it never occurred to me to put them in the FX.

If anyone is interested, they do fit. I have been running them agressively for a few weeks now with good results.

I will be towing a trailer through the mountains in a week and will see how they hold up.
