06 FX35 navigation update

Hey everyone. just became a new member of this forum because i loved all the posts and they were really helpfull to me whenever i need help with my 06 FX35. So i have a quick question. I wanted to know if there is anyway i can upgrade the whole navigation system and other dashboard features. for example add a touch screen instead of the buttons they have for the 06. I love new technology and i was hoping i can upgrade the technology on my FX. any advice is much appreciated.
 
I too have an 06 fx35. I would love to have options and a new nav and updated satellite radio interface. Hope we get an answer
