06 FX35 fully Loaded or 07 M35 Sport (no options)

Hello iS. First time poster here with a dilemma. I have a decision to make here. The FX35 is fully loaded with every available option. The M35 is the sport model with no options other than being the sport. They both drive really well and are priced similarly. I have both vehicles and am considering giving one to my wife. Which would you keep?


My wife is a school teacher and drives about 35 miles per day to and from work. Our 15yr old daughter rides along for she attends the high school. I drive my RAM to work which is about 14 miles to and from work per day. I love my M as well as the FX so I am having a very hard time choosing which one she gets. Her car (Jeep Commander) died. I do not want to nor do we need to purchase another vehicle. Which vehicle would you choose as your weekend toy?


She would prefer the M, but she'll take the FX. She likes them both as do I. Decisions, Decisions...... The FX is an eye catcher while the M is a driving wonder.If it helps any I am a former athlete(running back) now engineer...I am 5'10 and 235lbs. Now which vehicle suits me better.

I have a 06 FX35 w/ Sport Package and 09 M35 Sport fully loaded.

Personally, I love both cars, but M35 is a much more comfy ride. My FX is more sporty in terms of suspension feel.

In the looks department, I personally love the M35 with the sport bumper much more than my FX.
 
If I keep the FX for myself the M will become my wife's daily driver. You are saying give the M to my wife?

yup that's what i meant. your FX will soon be a project car if you keep it. and you're going to love that...:wink (2):
 
I'd pick the M35 sport for comfort and refinement. The FX more for sportiness and and mods.
 
Looks like most people are saying give the wife the M. My only problem with giving her either vehicle is she does not take care of her vehicles. Her commander was always messy. I am very meticulous with my vehicles and keep them in pristine condition. I can clean all vehicles once a week and hers seems to attract more junk than any vehicle I have ever seen...lol
 
Don't want to stereotype but I think women in general care less about the condition of their cars. - My wife's ride always looks like the bottom of a hamster cage. Yesterday I found 1/4 of a Costco dog and a ten dollar bill wedged between the drivers seat and the console.

Will you still have access to both cars? Assuming you live with your wife, it's not like you wouldn't be able to use either car.

If you can pick only one, then I would lean towards the M35 since you have a RAM already.
 
sounds like my wife it drives me crazy. it takes me twice as long to clean her car as it does mine. she has the fx !
