how do you like a sound of 850whp fx35

I just can't fathom this trans holding that much power, we've had two members wreck similar trannys with 1/2 this power. Even the 6speed transmission would need some upgrades to be able to hold almost 1000hp and 800 ft lbs.
 
Yeah a lot of this thread doesnt add up. I just found it and instantly thought he was making up the whole thing to promote that miami shop's facebook..until he finally posted dino videos. His car must've blown up since then.

The level 10 kit hardly makes the tranny bulletproof. Plenty of stories from guys blowing them up anywhere from 500-700hp.

On this forum alone both jumbo and raymond have killed level 10 auto trans', Jumbo got another and seems to be working well, raymond put in a 6speed, and from what I have heard managed to shred that as well.
 
That shop seems pretty legit though, as far as crazy builds. I don't follow shops much, but they seem to tackle a lot of difficult swaps and make them work.

That makes sense. He can preserve the tranny by going lsd and a less grippy tire so there isnt much stress. But at 900+whp i dont know about that.
 
it's just another internet cautionary tale about an unrealistic build gone south. over $40g spent and all they got was some shaky smartphone video of the dyno... #keepitlocal

Just a FYI as a guy who had a 727whp vortech V7 YSI built fx35, you will need atleast 1400cc injectors in your build
