How dare them do this to an FX.

Thats f'd up. I bet you anything it costs more than $2600 to fix it. The frame was stressed at those angles, god knows what other suspension and drive was damaged. The family should be asking for a full reimbursement (if not a 2018 QX70S lol)

Insurance will pay to fix whatever damage was done to the car, if they believe the frame is tweaked then they can go from there.

To go beyond that is partially what is wrong with our lawsuit happy society today, everybody seems to believe that if they are wronged somehow that it's like they have won the lottery, and that it is "time to make the other party pay".

What that company and their operator did wasn't right, and the owner of that car will be made whole for their wrong doing, that's it. That is all that needs to happen and that is what will happen.
