question i was told by a service tech at Luciani infiniti in Montreal that if i wanted to add the paddle shifter on my 2011 fx35 i need to change the fx35 computer because it's not an fx35S is that true, to me that's just a bunch of bull crap
what parts do i need to add the paddle shifters on my fx35

there are a couple threads on here about the paddle shifters on a non sport model .you should already have the mounts on your 2011 FX35 so all you need is the paddles the plastic trim and you need to tap in to some wires in the harness.

BS....just added these to my 2012 which had neither the mounting brackets or harness. Got the mount from Rex & made up my own harness

thanks guys for all the info, and that's exactly what i thought that the computer thing was just a bunch of bull
This could be a project for this summer right know it's way to cold minus 22 Celsius out side
I see that some infiniti dealer in the USA as the kit for sale on amazon for 390 i guess it's US dollars
why the black paddle shifters are way more expensive than the beige ones like 150 us more i just don't get it

yeah. if you have a black interior i say just go with the beige and dye them. cheapest way to do it IMO
